Michael Hosaluk is a very talented turner from Saskatoon. His unique work is diverse, ingenious and often playful. TWG hosted Michael as a demonstrator in October of 2018. Don't miss seeing our presentation. Thanks to Neil for his work bring us these movie nights. Learn more about Michael at his website.

Show-and-Tell: "Anything Goes"

Call it what you want: Open Category, Free For All or just Show and Tell! Think back to the good old days when we met in person at Humber College. Our Show and Tells were simple- bring in what you are working on and say something about it. If you don't have anything to show, but you have a question - ask the group!. Don't be shy. We have a breadth of knowledge within our group and members who want to share it. So we encourage any questions or discussion points.  We want to build on the comradery we have established over many years, so please come out and join us for a fun evening!

3 ways to participate: 1)  Take a picture or pictures of the item(s) and send them on or before May 9th to will.armstrong@sympatico.ca.. Provide your name and a very brief description. On meeting night we will display your pictures when we call on you to tell us about it. 2) If you can't send pictures: Just bring the item(s) to the meeting and you can hold them up in front of your camera when it is your turn to present.  If you can, please send a short email to Will saying you would like to participate: will.armstrong@sympatico.ca 3) Just come and watch, and maybe ask questions or comment on what you see. We want as many people as possible to participate! See you there!! Check the newsletter for Zoom connection details.
